  • If we have a dispute, we'll try to work it out first. Arbitration applies, but you can opt out within 30 days.

Agreeing to these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and JIPWIZ, LLC ("JipWiz," "we," "us"), a Texas company. By using jipwiz.com or submitting a request, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. You must be at least 18 to use JipWiz.

What JipWiz does

JipWiz is a free marketing service. When you submit a request, we connect you with one loan officer or lending company (which may include its loan officers) that may be able to help with the kind of loan you're interested in. That company pays us for the connection. We don't sell your request to more than one buyer.

Submitting a request doesn't mean you've applied for a loan, and it doesn't guarantee you'll be contacted, matched or approved. Availability varies by state, and we may not have a match for every request.

We're not a lender

JipWiz doesn't make loans, issue credit, set rates or terms, or decide on approvals. We don't give financial, legal or tax advice, and we don't recommend or endorse any particular lender or loan. The lender or loan officer you're connected with is solely responsible for its own products, services, disclosures and decisions. Any loan you apply for is between you and that lender.

Rates and calculators

Rates shown on our site are national averages and indexes from public sources, with their dates and sources listed. They are not offers, quotes or the rate you'll get. Your actual rate depends on your credit, your home, the loan and the lender.

Our calculators give rough estimates based on the numbers you enter and common lending limits. They're for illustration only, and a lender's own figures may be different.

Your information and requests

When you submit a request, you agree that:

  • The information you give is true, accurate and complete.
  • You're submitting it for yourself, and the phone number and email are yours.
  • You're not submitting someone else's information, or using automated tools to fill out our forms.

We may verify your phone number and other details, and we may decline any request, including ones that look fake or fraudulent. How we use and share your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Calls, texts and email

If you agree when you submit a request, we and the company you're connected with may contact you by phone, including automated calls and prerecorded messages, and by text and email, as described in the consent you agreed to. Agreeing isn't a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You can stop at any time: reply STOP to texts, tell a caller to stop, use the unsubscribe link in emails, or email contact@jipwiz.com.

Using the site

Please don't:

  • Submit false information, or information about someone else.
  • Use bots, scrapers or other automated tools on the site.
  • Try to break into, overload or interfere with the site or its security.
  • Use the site for anything illegal or to harm others.

We may block access or remove requests that break these rules.

Our content

The JipWiz name, logo, design, text and tools on this site belong to JIPWIZ, LLC or are used with permission. You may use the site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. Please don't copy, resell or republish its content without our written permission. Market data shown on the site belongs to its sources, which are named where the data appears.

Other companies

The site may link to other websites, and you may be contacted by the company you're connected with. We don't control those companies or their sites and aren't responsible for their content, products or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

No guarantees

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it's provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that the site will be error-free or always available, that any rate or estimate is accurate, or that you'll be matched with, contacted by or approved by any lender.

Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, JipWiz isn't liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or savings, arising from your use of the site or from any lender's products or decisions. If we are found liable, our total liability is limited to $100. Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

If you break these terms or misuse the site, you agree to cover reasonable costs we incur as a result, including legal fees.

Resolving disputes

Please read this section. It affects how disputes are handled, and you can opt out of arbitration within 30 days.

Let's talk first

If you have a concern, email contact@jipwiz.com with a short description and how to reach you. Both of us agree to try in good faith to resolve it within 30 days before starting any formal claim.

Arbitration

If we can't resolve it, any dispute about JipWiz or these terms will be decided by binding individual arbitration instead of in court, under the American Arbitration Association's Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration can be held by phone, video or written submissions, or in the county where you live. JipWiz will pay the arbitration filing and administration fees for claims you bring, beyond what you'd pay to file in court.

Small claims court

Either of us may bring an individual claim in small claims court instead, if it qualifies.

Individual claims only

Claims may be brought only individually, not as part of a class or group action. The arbitrator can't combine claims of different people.

Your right to opt out

You can opt out of arbitration by emailing contact@jipwiz.com with the subject "Arbitration opt-out" within 30 days of first using JipWiz or submitting a request. Include your name and the email or phone number you used. If you opt out, disputes go to court as described below, and nothing else changes.

Governing law and courts

These terms are governed by federal law and the laws of Texas. For any dispute not handled by arbitration, the state and federal courts located in Texas will have jurisdiction, though you may also bring a claim where you live if the law allows. If any part of this section is found unenforceable, the rest still applies, except that if the ban on class claims is found unenforceable, the entire arbitration section won't apply.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will post changes here with a new effective date. Changes apply from that date forward and don't affect a dispute that started before them. If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
